The staff's attentiveness was remarkable; they went above and beyond to ensure my elderly parents were comfortable, which is a rarity in my travel experiences. Our garden room was beautifully designed, offering a peaceful sitting area with a cozy terrace where we enjoyed our morning tea, and I was particularly impressed by the high-quality free toiletries that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, allowing us to create our ideal environment, while the soundproofed rooms ensured our rest was uninterrupted, even in the vibrant surroundings of the Hutongs. The delicious breakfasts at 'Toast by Orchid' were the cherry on top, showcasing their commitment to quality and service. I wholeheartedly recommend the Orchid for anyone seeking a serene and well-appointed oasis in the heart of Beijing.
